I have not got the plus sign on pet rescue to play any of the previous games, is it possible to get the plus sign back?

I assume that you're playing Pet Rescue Saga on a computer or laptop?
Unfortunately the previous level menu is not working in the computer version of the game.
It does work perfectly on the mobile app though, so if you are able to download it on a device, then log in via the same details you use on computer (to collect your progress) you could play previous levels there.
Many of us play on both computer and mobile so we can do this. Be aware though, that any boosters and lives that you have are saved on the device you play on. Gold bars and progess will be the same anywhere you play.
I might as well give up playing pet rescue I have got 3 games that i am finding very difficult, I have been trying all morning to no avail

I got on pet rescue with my android like everyday again king asked me to agree to terms of service again I did and I lost all my boosters all of them and then I lost my weather time? being at the end of the game I want a answer or I can just stop playing this is crazy I even took screen shots
