Hi @Lynette . How are you? Are you PRS adviser? I just wanted to say that, I play the game on my mobile and ipad. But my ipad is very old and i can't update it anymore. I don't have any new challenges on it.so I'm thinking of deleting the game from it . My question is that, I have 140 gold bars and some boosters on it quite alot of every boosters. Would you be able to transfer all of that to my phone? Or do you not do that? I don't want to lose all of my gift 's if you could let me know I would I would grateful.

Hi @zainab786 , boosters are saved on your device so they would be lost when you transfer.

Any gold you have, plus your progress is saved by you logging in, so they will transfer 🙂
