level 1063? I am confused

I have reached level 1062 and my IPad states new content coming. But my laptop...once 3 people helped me let me move on to level 1063. Am I not able to use the IPad anymore? If so, I guess the game I love is done for me. I am rarely on the laptop. You really need to fix the issues.

Currently level 1062 is the last level available for iPhone and iPad. Until new levels are released you can play on Facebook or King.com (until level 1077). I saw on another thread that new levels are first released on Facebook and King.com, then followed by an adaption to mobile devices. That's why there's a difference in levels when you play.
New levels are announced first on Facebook. You can check the page here: https://www.facebook.com/PetRescueSaga
