Is there a way to get rid of Petopia on my account? I hate it, I am sick of it. It's always buggy when you run this, but this time it's over the top. The constant crashes, my screen going black, not loading, it's sucked the enjoyment right out of the game.
I have already tried the fixes, I have already done everything I am supposed to in order to fix this, I am over it.
Can I remove this promotion and just do regular PRS or do I have to wait a month before I can play it again?

Mine is still crashing also, I just close my device and play on. ๐
They did say this was fixed, but might take some time to get into our games, I interpret this meaning that we need an update before it will happen, (hopefully next Monday when new levels are out)

This morning it crashed 7x within an hour. I am pretty much over this. I am growing to sincerely hate petopia. I enjoy the game, I HATE petsuckpia.

Today? Or a week from today? Because if the fix came out today, it did not work.
I am pretty much over it. I am ready to delete the game completely. This is supposed to be for enjoyment, not headaches.

Don't do anything drastic yet @Bipley Did you check for updates, force quit the game and reopen it? Could you let us know which device/version you are using please to play the game on. And how much free space you have. It all helps with diagnosing the issue.
Let us have a word with the community manager and see if we can find out whats happening๐พ

Ok update. Not good news but at least its a progress update. They discovered the fix wasn't quite as clear cut and while fixing some, are working on others. It sounds like a house of cards! So hang tight. They are aware. If you want to take a break while they are doing it, have a look at Farm Heroes Saga if you don't play that already ๐พ

Iโm glad Iโm not the only one. Itโs been making me so mad that it freezes. I even deleted my app on my ipad hoping it would help but all it did was make me lose all my boosters and I had a lot saved up. That made me especially mad!

Oh no that used to make me mad in Candy. Now I try to wait until I have seen if there is an issue. The trouble is you hadn't done anything wrong. Often support will always suggest that.
Hopefully a fix will be on its way soon ๐ค๐ผ๐๐พ

There are so many issues with this Halloween Petopia . By the time they "fix" everything it will be over. They might as well give us our regular game back and get rid of petopia!! lol Just my opinion...I'm sure many agree and many disagree with me.

I totally agree with you. I'm not even playing it anymore. I am almost on level 5000, and I keep debating back and forth if I just want to delete the whole dang thing or wait a month until it's over.
