If I have blocked someone for being rude, and after a number of days they are no longer being rude, how do I unblock them? Also when people use the f word and such and I report them, do you do anything about it?

    You need to check in your Facebook settings for how it works, the chat function is coming from there and not the game itself.

    Thanks for your answer. I have looked at my facebook settings and it says I have no one blocked at all. So the block is happening at my chat in Pet Rescue. I blocked them by clicking on their name in the chat and then clicking mute and block.
