My PRS game hasn't been loading for 3 days now due to Petopia challenge.
This is what happens. I've tried everything. Nothing is working. I can't play my game now. I even downloaded the game on my new ipad .hoping to work there. But, it's still the same issue can you please fix the problem. I'm losing all my daily rewards. Plus, the gifts from Petopia I even emailed customer support. No help there. They said ask on the Community.

Hi - I am having the same problem. It just hangs and then opens after 1-minute. Very frustrating and no updates at all - here or to the game. Same thing happened last year.

Same here. Either sort it out or take petopia off

I was experiencing the same problem with Farm Heros. What I did was log out of the game and logged back in with my password. My issue now is the loading and crashing, if it isn't one problem it's another.
