Happening to everyone, it’s the Petopia causing it. It happened last year too but still not fixed, I doubt it will be working until Petopia finishes.

It tells you in the app store, but at the moment it doesn't really seem to make a difference. Have you seen this thread here?

Hi@Snow_Rider .I hope it get fixed. I haven't been playing my game since last Friday. It just won't load.i even downloaded the game on my new ipad it didn't work. I haven't collected any of the rewards since last week because of it. And now I got a notification saying my game is draining my battery. So I don't play it now. Petopia challenge is coursing the problem. Maybe you should take it out in the future. And as @CassD mentioned about. Graw a pet. Challenge. I have the same issue too. It just disserpear 's from my game.i hope the studio will put back all the lost rewards on all the players who can't claim because of the problems.

I did not have a special building at level 40 of the city. When I filled up the heart meter to level up of the city, it leveled up but didn't require a special building. This is exactly what happened next. When I got level 42 of the city, it didn't require a special building again. I checked the update store but now there is no need to update the game

It's becoming a joke taking events off your long time players no longer get mystery mountain now closes everytime I load it and said it's draining all my battery. You don't listen to your players and never seem to fix the issues

Yes it’s taking longer to load n then it crashes I log out log in n it works for one game then nothing it’s all black then it takes about 10-15 minutes befor it comes back

This is the issue. I think I will never get special buildings again
