When will this issue be fixed ? Very frustration it keeps crashing !!!!! Can't play at all

Hiya, the game is working as it should since petopia ended.
If you've done the usual force quit, restart and you have logged in and out again and checked for updates, I am afraid the only thing left to do is to reinstall the game.
Make sure progress is backed up first so you just need to log in again. You will lose any saved boosters I am afraid as they are saved on your iphone not within the game. Hopefully that will sort it out!
I am still unable to play even though I have updated to IOS 17.1.1. When will the game fixed so that I can play. I have not been able to play on my iPhone for a month.

The issue with the game crashing shouldn't be happening now since petopia was removed.
Could you let me know which device you use and I will give you some troubleshooting 🐶
