when i play pet rescur something wroung page starts turning black and i cant see pets

I think its the game because my fb friends are having same thing when they play pet recue

Hi Cindy, a couple of things you can try are to clean your cache/browser history How to clear cache
Or try using a different browser, if these still don't work, report back here for further help

I already tried this reply. Still does the same thing on both Edge & firefox
