I am over level 3600 and recently lost the options of pregame extra moves or the ability to obtain extra moves during the game. I have logged out and in multiple times, and have looked for upgrades with no luck. What else can I do to fix this issue?

Do you mean the adverts before the game so you can win boosters?
How do i get my extra moves / pregame boosters
You can get them on the windows app but not on the Facebook version as far as I know.
How to get lost extra moves/pre-game boosts.

my android cell phone was stolen
Someone guide me to get a booster
You can often earn them in events within the game if on mobile devices/windows 10 app.

Ads are given randomly to a select group of players, so not all of us get them (I never have!) and their availability comes and goes. I hope they will arrive in your game again soon.
