Why did you buy extra moves if the balloon had not fallen?
In my instructions it says use a block buster on your last move - this is what makes a balloon fall.
Then because you can see the balloon buy extra moves to complete the level. The video example shows this clearly.
Use the 'help' button within your game to contact player support about returning moves.
