I cannot see my Mail Box any longer?  - playing through Face Book on my lap top

    Hi Leslie, the game mail box does not show if you have no messages.  It sounds like you might need to check your app permissions on facebook to see if you are still allowing the game to access your friend list.    Read through this blog, it explains how to get to your app settings and what to look for  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/facebook-lost-progress-and-friends-lists

    Thank you very much Lynette. I did use the link you provided and the facebook status is active. It mentioned that the 'friends list'needed to be checked but I don't see that option. Is it under a specific heading? The other information about mail box not showing if no messages - shouldn't I have lives people have sent me? I wrote in add me please on the saga level help and friends. Thank you for all your help.
