why did I lose my boosters

I got on pet rescue with my android like everyday again king asked me to agree to terms of service again I did and I lost all my boosters all of them and then I lost my weather time? being at the end of the game I want a answer or I can just stop playing this is crazy I even took screen shots

    Hi Amy, have you lost other progress, or just the boosters?

    They have had to adapt permissions because of all Facebooks changes lately. The boosters are saved to your device, not the game itself on mobiles. So that you are able to play offline as well as online. Sometimes errors or updates can cause them to vanish.

    I lost all my boosters took me a hour to get the dog cat and bear thing today I lost all my other stuff when I agreed to your terms on tuesday aug 6 2018 I took screen shots I only have one board left on the game right now
