I am having the same issue, I believe it is a global technical issue. This has happened countless times on my end. Pet Rescue technicians usually will fix the issue on the same day or it can take a couple of days. I did email Pet Rescue officials and currently awaiting for a reply back.

Hi there and welcome to the community, is it working again or still not loading?
Can I ask if you have cleared cache and cookies and gone into your Facebook settings and checked the app permissions are active?
Can I suggest in either case, as you use a windows 11 computer, that you visit the microsoft store and download the PRS app. You can log in using your Facebook details and it will restore progress for you. But will hopefully have less issues than the browser version does π€
