It used to be when you placed the pet with something on its head & you got the blue heart it would give you coins. Now all you get is a blue heart? What happened?
There is no indication that your game is not working 'correctly' The rewards you get are random, and until you get to the final Petopia Level (Level 75) you are more likely to gain blue hearts as they Level you up quicker. After Level 75 you'll see more variety in the rewards.

Thank you for your response. I have never gotten any free time on that at all. It just always gave me either the heart or coins. I'm not a fan of this petopia thing & when it doesn't work correctly it's even more annoying.
Hi @KristieC I'd never noticed we'd got both coins and blue hearts at the same time 🙀 The current Petopia seems to give random rewards one at a time. Including hearts, coins, free playtime and boosters.

Hi is anyone having game crash issues with Pet Rescue Saga since the latest Petopia i have tried everything nothing works and support just say clear cache and restart device i have done everything theres a bug issue . Please fix it so we can play the game again

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
