I have lost Magic Mountain since Easter weekend, I enjoy that I depend on working for coins and tools. Please help!!!!!

I am not witholding anything its not down to me sadly or you would all get it.
But. There will be a good reason for it. Petopia always causes huge stresses on the game, even for those who don't get it so I assume its to try and keep everyones game working. Its been a nightmare in the past and nobody could play at all 😒

It has been suspended while Petopia is running for some players it will return after Petopia ends.
I do not have Mystery Mountain or Spring Petopia, this is ridiculous!

I got a new phone and was connected through Facebook. When I got the new phone and downloaded the game it did not save my last game. I was on level 3044 or close to it. Can I recover it some how?

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
