Need help! Did not recieve purchased gold bars.

Yesterday I purchased gold bars from a deal in the piggy bank . Payment went thru and a notification popped up on screen and said you have 50 gold bars but at the top of my screen where the gold bar count is, it still says zero. What is going on ?
