I was able to get past this level on my Android phone last night, using the app, and I completed all the new levels then also, on the phone (through 7677). However, that has not come over to either my laptop or desktop yet, and it's still stuck on 7663 on both of the computers.

I can not get past 7663. I got past it on King.com games but not on my facebook. I am so disgusted, have used so many boosters. Makes me want to quit playing

Can't believe level 7663 hasn't been fixed. I have completed and passed it 5 times and still cannot start the next level. Please whoever is in charge, fix it.

Hi and welcome to the community.
Just for future reference, sometimes fixes might take a while to get to the bottom of. It's not always straightforward. Sometimes fixing can cause something else to break which delays it.
However in this case a fix has been done.
The fix has already arrived on mobile devices but they are easier to update than the browser version is. So it might arrive when the new levels are released. In which case make sure your browser cookies and cache are cleared. If you have windows 10/11 you can download the PRS game from the Microsoft store, log in with Facebook and your levels will be there. Pretty sure it will be without the stuck level as it's classed as a mobile device app. It's worth a try anyway.
(Your boosters will not carry over but they will be safe on Facebook, like mobiles they stay on the format they are won on)1 -
please take some more interest in solving the passage from 7663, it is almost 1 week and nothing! It is really frustrating. Thank you!

A qeustion to those players who opened the game on phone. Did the game start directly on 7664 or did you have to play 7663 again?
