I play game on my phone, when I downloaded game to my pc and sign in with my information (that I use on my phone) it doesn't take me to my existing level but starts me at level 1. What am I doing wrong?

Which level are you on right now? There is an issue with one of the levels, but usually it works on phones and not the computer 🤔

Hi and welcome to the community. Are you using Facebook or the Kingdom to log in? It should take you to the correct level which sounds like something in your log in is wrong.
