I m stucked at level 7618 with n number of attempts, my 5th pet never shows up.. I have cleared up the cache, cleared data from the app, have lost all my boosters but nothing happened.. Pls do assist

Why does my Pet rescue saga game keep freezing on facebook? I have re-started it and cleared all cache, menory etc on laptop.
