when i click on account or try to 'reconnect to facebook' it says off line. the other king games just go to my king account
Welcome to the community @Missy4646 often that fixes things. It sounds like it was having connection issues and that gave it a kick. In future if it happens and your progress is behind (again that shows a connection issue) more than a couple of levels, you can let support know and they will move you back to where you should be.

thank you. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it fixed, i only lost about 10 games of progress but it was fine replaying them :)
