Hello everyone and welcome to the community. Unfortunately a simple restart isn't going to help right now as Petopia is using a lot of resources. If your device has very little spare memory or is older, it won't play nicely.
It would be extremely helpful if you could all let us know which device. operating system version and check you have at least 2GB of free space. Thank you 🎃
