Hi
Is anyone else having loading issues with the petopia event? It worked fine for me at the start but over the last couple of days I get a black screen when I try to load the game now it just sits there for a number of minutes before loading up ~It’s the same when I play daily game or the mystery mountain etc trying to get back to the main screen just takes forever…
Any help in resolving this would be much appreciated as this is one of my favourite games to play and I don’t want to miss out on things with it while having these issues

Unforturnately this petopia seems to be more trick than treat this time.
Have you closed the app completely and restarted your phone?
Do you have at least 2gb free memory? is your device updated and the game?
If so, could you let us know which device and operating system you are using please and I will pass this over to the community manager as we are getting a lot of reports 😒

yes I have tried all the above before contacting you to see if there was others having issues and not just meI use both phone or iPad to play the game and both devices are updated to the new IOS 18.0.1 system which is the newest update
Hope this helps and you are able to come up with a solution to this, because not only am I losing out on the Petopia event… I don’t want to lose daily log in bonus’s and the ability to play the mystery mountain or weather alert mini games which right now I’m finding extremely hard to do with how bad it is to get the game to load…. If it loads
