I keep getting the same games every week, so how do I update the app thank you
If you are playing on a device, you need to go check your installed apps in the app store. You might need to refresh as auto update is never very auto lol.
If its Facebook, it would update itself but you might have to clear cache and cookies.
anything? Is it the iOS or the phone version?
Sorry, its not good news, that was pretty much it. Due to the age of the device and the ios its not looking as compatible :(

I heard the minimum ios is 12 …so in theory it should work. So I have queried it again as you are on ios 16.
Just wanted to update you so that you knew I hadn't forgot. So far the only alternative is to play on a different platform if you have one, but I need to get a reply about your ios.

You're on 16.7.10, is there no ios updates? iOS 18 has just released but iOS 17 was out quite a while. It could very well be that.
Ah sorry, I just checked. iOS17 was unavailable for iphone 8. That sucks.
I will check with the community manager but I think possibly it might be that. Lets wait until she confirms but they don't work Mondays so I will message her and let you know as soon as I hear back.

I continue being on level 7992 with no additional levels available. That is I continue having the comment “New levels will arrive soon!”
I did the update, but it’s still stuck on level 7992.

not helpful. I already checked in App Store & it’s not letting me update there. I use iOS.

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
