I'm sorry you missed out @Caromour - it seems a lot more players are in the random group who didn't get it this time.
It might be because there have recently been a lot of crashing issues with Petopia?
Personally I don't understand why it will stop you playing though? Mystery Mountain is just a bonus to the main game and consists of levels you have played previously. May be try taking more time to play the new levels (without boosters or extra moves) to make the game more challenging? Or go back and play previous levels to increase the number of stars you have on each one?1 -
I have downloaded on my laptop through Microsoft, and you are saying it will mirror my phone app, if I also connect this to Facebook? Are we finally on the same page?

Final installment, I HOPE.
1- I downloaded tghe APP on both my Android Phone, and through Microsoft on my laptop.
2. They are both linked to my FB Account. So they show the proper level 5364, the coins and weapons are not in sync to the FB version.
3. I went to the Facebook version, and everything else there is in tact.
So while you have the FB version on Hiatus for petopia I can at least now play petopia, this was not an easy process, but Lynette we are on the same page, and now you know how to help many others. That are dissatisfied of not having Mystery Mountain, Thanks for all your help we did it, ALMOST 100%, close enough. Happy Holidays.

Nice work! Make sure you stop and read how to play Petopia between the levels so you don't miss out on opportunities to get more boosters. Note that once you have special buildings for the Pets to visit a Pet will ask to go there between every level, so look out for them to earn more and level up faster.

Thank you for answering my post. I didn’t say that I was going to stop playing, just that I will play less. I’ve been logging in every day for over two years now (if I’m not mistaken and I know myself. I like to be challenged and I tend to be more challenged with the game events versus being challenged with only myself doing the levels on those days that there is nothing which will now be for almost half of the week for a month. I dislike petopia. Is rather have mystery mountain, even though it's unwinnable.

ok, so no Mystery Mountain and I don't have Petopia as I play via facebook on my laptop and have no other devices :-(

Do you have a Windows laptop? You can download the app version of Pet Rescue Saga onto it from the microsoft store - then you'll be able to play Petopia 😊
