Why did my Petopia start back at level 1 & now all I get is random levels?

Hey @KristieC! So sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. This is a known issue, and the Studio is actively investigating it. Please keep an eye on this thread for the latest updates. In the meantime, we've reset your progress and moved you back to level 8230, so you won't have to start over from 0. Hopefully, this helps make up for the troubles you've experienced đ
Asà como me quejé, hoy debo decir, que si bien empecé de 0 nuevamente, cuando llegué al nivel 15, me dio el premio por haber llegado al nivel 65.
SumĂł el proceso anterior con el nuevo, para el juego no perdĂ el avance.

What I meant was it started me back at level 1 on the Petopia & then all I was getting was random levels it didn't continue where it should have on regular Pet Rescue which would have been level 8230. I uninstalled the game & restarted at level 1 like it does when you first start playing Pet Rescue. It's fine I will eventually get back to where I was. I don't know anything about saving the game. All I have ever done is close the game & when I open it again it's right back where it should be.

Do you mean that you've lost all your game progress? đ If you play on laptop I assume you use the Windows app version of the game. When you say 'restarted' what does this mean you did? All you needed to do was log out, then log in again (which retrieves exactly where you were at) How are you saving the game, is it via email or via facebook? With some answers we should be able to help you get back to where you were.

I was at level 8229 in the normal Pet Rescue & had almost reached level 65 in the Petopia when it started over. I am playing on a HP laptop. I restarted the game & started over at level 1
Hi @KristieC the Petopia problem appears to be a glitch that some players are having currently. Are you making sure you're connected and save the game each time you play? It would also be helpful if you could tell us what device you are playing on? The 'random levels' mean you are at the current end of levels. More are released every Tuesday. If you have passed Level 8232 then you have all the levels, if not please look in your app store for a game update to get further levels (sometimes they do not automatically update)
Mine too and it's getting frustrating... My started level 1 on 2 occasions after getting to level 29

Pet Rescue Saga Level 9439 is a very difficult level, below are some tips that I used to get me through it: Use the balloons within this level as much as possible, they will help remove large groups of blocks, and fill the butterflies đŠ If too many red butterflies fall use your in-game line blaster to remove them so moreâŠ
There is a simple solution to Level 9434, and it's something we've had before in previous levels⊠Pets will only fall when there is a virus block in the column. Continue to let the virus blocks multiply and every time the middle column is empty of a Pet, but has a virus block, then another Pet will fall. See the exampleâŠ
donât play this game if you ever intended to get a new phone because everything that you earned a lot and play will be deleted. Itâll waste your money. Do not play this game. If you ever plan on getting another phone this game robs you of what you earned.
It's not easy to get the 1000 animals needed to win the last round on Petopia when there are so many games you can't get any pets. Sometimes seems like it should be called collect all items instead of pet rescue.
The gameplay is really good. This is my second favourite King game (after Pet Rescue Puzzle, rest in peace đ„ș). However, I think there are some things that could really make it perfect. For starters, and like it has been discussed before, Iâd like Petopia to be optional, the same way âWeather Alertâ, âMystery Mountainâ,âŠ
Iâm soooo over having to play random levels to progress in the game, especially all the hard, very hard & super hard levels. Iâve already done the hard yards getting through these levels once, let alone being made to repeat them whilst awaiting new levels. If we must endure random levels, then we SHOULDNT have to repeatâŠ
