I opened the game this morning and I was on level in the 20’s not sure which one but this morning it reset to level 1. Again. Second time this happened. So frustrating
Hi Pet Savers! Great news: the Studio has released a fix, so the issue with levels resetting to 1 should now be resolved. Please update your game to version 3.13.2.0 to ensure everything works smoothly.

My Petopia has just reset to level 1 again - second time this has happened-but all the quests are unchanged and tells me I’m at level 31. I can play as usual, last time I restarted back to level 1 I got back to 16 before it reset again. Plays as normal, just the number on the main screen changes
it’s starts back at 1 everyone I sign on. Please hurry up and fix this damn problem. It’s so frustrating to say the least. Thank you
Everything is gone. It started back with nothing
The same thing just happened to me just now. I was on 1331 and it started me back at 1. So upsetting. I just completed the hardest level that took me a month to complete

To help us investigate further, we’d like to know if your rewards remained the same after your level progress was reset to 1 and whether you’re still able to collect them. Also, can you confirm if you’re able to continue upgrading Petopia as usual?

I play on my iPhone. It just happened again this morning, back to level 1. Petopia is broken.

my game has reset also. Im now on level 1 and yet i was in the 30s. I have cleared my phone and still no fix. App is upto date.

A mi también me pasó, hasta hace un rato iba en el nivel 52 y ahora está en nivel 1.
Sin dudas que hay algo que no anda bien, somos muchos con el mismo problema.
Tanto en el cel, como en la compu.

Hi @wenmagne - are you making sure to save your game progress when you play? Sometimes this glitch is only temporary and reloading retrieves your data. Please let us know what device you play on (it might help in solving the problem) thanks
Hi @TonyAniston it might be some retained data from your last Petopia (is that how far you got?) Close the game, clear your cache and open it again. Please let us know if this glitch continues?
