sick of this now..still no update, still says 65 diamonds instead of 45…no word from customer support on whether it will be fixed…giving up as King has no interest in putting things right

Oni tego nie zmienią,nie zależy im na graczach.Napewno nie wystarczy dokupinie 5 ruchów,to za mało,aby ukończyć ten poziom.
Pozwól, że podzielę się więcej informacjami na ten temat ,to jest odpowiedź :
"Chociaż dopalacze i sztabki złota z pewnością pomagają w łatwiejszym przechodzeniu poziomów, nasz zespół ciężko pracuje, aby zapewnić, że wszystkie poziomy można przejść bez przedmiotów. Jednak niektóre poziomy mogą być trudniejsze do ukończenia niż inne, ponieważ gra naturalnie zwiększa poziom trudności."

@Beverley10 we have several times said that we cannot say exactly when it is fixed, as technical limitiations are holding up the updates on facebook. We have said that if you have access to a windows 10/11 computer that you can download the app and play that way where it is fixed.
I know its frustrating that they haven't been able to fix it as quickly as the devices and you have had no time scale. Sometimes they just cannot give one. Or sometimes they won't give one as its disappointing when it doesn't happen and players get crosser with them.
However (to you and everyone else stuck there) we have some good news, hopefully the next big Facebook platform update on the 28th will fix this level too. I know that means waiting but (fingers crossed) at least you have a date now too.
