level 2383 after an update
Hi @Im_LisaZ once you have already completed a level you cannot collect the gift. Sometimes they will show like this on levels you have already completed, but it's too late for you to get them. The Panda party gifts only work if you have at least 10 unplayed levels in your game as they show every 3 levels and there are three gifts to collect after you complete the levels.

Why does my Pet rescue saga game keep freezing on facebook? I have re-started it and cleared all cache, menory etc on laptop.
