I updated my app today and it wiped out y whole history. Been playing for over three years.šŖ

Hi @Cathy_Cacciola, I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with updating your game app, in this case I would suggest that you try reinstalling the game app instead to try to resolve this setback.
There is something wrong with my update. It wont update when I click on it and then loops back. HELP!

I am at level 3607 in Pet Rescue Saga. While playing, I watched all rewarded video ads offered for extra moves, but the ads were not credited. I then accepted an offer to use 9 gold bars, which were deducted, but I received fewer moves than promised and a message stating the ads were not fully watched. After closing theā¦

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
My life timer has been stuck for years and never resets. Iām on level 317 and cannot progress. Please fix the timer.
