Why are the levels since few weeks lagging so much? It's frustrating to play. The blocks don't go even after tapping several times 😔

Thank you both, I will let the team know. They have asked if you could screen record the lagging so they have a visual image too. (it helps when they cannot actually see your screen) You won't be able to upload it here but you can upload to a site like dropbox, or youtube and then add the link to it here 🤗
The games are working fine on random levels etc , but only lagging with new levels.

Sometimes its when they update things they have a knock on effect on background stuff so I was told.

It's only the new levels that are causing problems
Mine too…very annoying. I've cleared cache etc but did nothing. All the other King games work perfectly

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
