I have contacted support multiple times the last couple of days, i get the same message that isn't any help. The problem is that the reset link isn't going to his email. Tried multiple times, looked in all the folders, nothing. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but this can't be as complicated as it's been. Just need someone to either get into his account or physically email my dad with the reset link please, or forward it to my email and I will forward it to his if that would work. Just need to get this solved as soon as possible please. He's getting frustrated that he can't play right now!
