randam Level Dose not change when I can not pass it what is the problem I cant play

Please let us select random levels like before. The new way doesn't help us collect red blocks to grow the pet.

they have done this on purpose you have to play the level the game dictates !!! Not good. Very unimpressed with this change
My random level is not changing. It is a super hard level and I can't get past it to see what happens. I have an android tablet and I have cleared cache, restarted my tablet, checked for updates and logged off and back in again. Still the same.
Can I ask why they have decided to do this? I have completed all the available levels but have the puppy so am wanting to do random levels to get more gold bars. I have been playing for over 1150 days straight (which is annoying in itself as it looks like I have only played 150 because the game can't handle quoting 4 numbers, but that's ANOTHER issue!) but this is actually making me not want to play as I feel the game creators are trying to get people to buy gold bars. Which I won't do. Games are supposed to be relaxing and fun, not irritating!
I have finished the new episodes and the random level still dose not changed
The random levels have changed so we need to complete one before getting another. You should have received new levels on Tuesday, there were two new episodes released.
Estuvo unos días con ese inconveniente, te daba siempre el mismo nivel aleatorio y si no pasabas, lo repetía y repetía.
Pero ahora se solucionó, al menos no he tenido ese inconveniente nuevamente.
Eso te permite obtener cubos rojos para crear la mascota y obtener el oro.
Porque si tu los eliges, no te los da.
