When trying to purchase gold bars from piggy bank it says "failed" same with trying to buy boosters? How do I fix this?

This has become ridiculous! I thought the problem might be linked to Petopia, but now that's ended and it's still impossible to purchase coins! This seems more and more like a rip off scheme to force people to buy the more expensive packages! Do something about it already!

The piggy bank and found all toys will non log in, it says it failed. It spins and when you x out it fails, how to fix?
