I need your help. My game is frozen, it won't open. I took some screenshot to show my progress. I was wondering if tech support would honor what I've saved so I don't lose my rewards. I took screenshots so you can see my game won't open. It's never done this before. I have two phones. Galaxy A14 and a Moto g 2024 phone. It froze on the Galaxy, I reset and lost all my saved rewards. The moto froze also but I was able to screenshot before because I saw how long it was taken if I closed the game.
