Can someone please explain to me why all the King games like Candy Crush, Farm Heroes etc are working just fine but pet rescue is moving so slow it takes forever to get the booster!

Mine does the same thing everytime petopia.is done the games play in slow motion.losing interest in playing.
The game is back to running ok now. I still don't have Mystery Mountain. I did not have it for 2 months, I got it back for a couple weeks and now I don't have it again. When I do have it, I only have it for a short time. Why can't I get it back for at least a couple months?
But her phone is Samsung? Which version exactly ?
ok so hers is Samsung 14? Is that the a14 as there is no other 14? Which android version? It's likely the phone that is making her game slow as it's a less powerful phone. It has less processing speed and less memory which will make a difference. But we can check. how much free space does she have too?
I am not quite sure what you mean? Is yours still slow? If so, can you add a screen recording of it being slow?
and also I've been asked if it's possible if you can do a screen recording of it taking forever. The studio work better with visuals. Then we can pass it on. you can upload to something like you tube or personally, I use Dropbox then link it here 🙂
Also can I have your laptop specs, windows version. Do you have many boosters? If not (and you are logged in because of progress) have you tried reinstalling? Please forgive me, if you said, I have missed it going back over it. I am asking the team but when they come back and ask this, at least I will have the answers. Also could we have your player ID so they can look at your account to see if there is anything there that could be causing it 🤗
@KristieC You know that motivational stuff about there is no i in team etc etc. Its rubbish. There is no me in this scenario, I am nothing to do with that part. I am just the groundsperson.

I guess I spoke too soon!! Back to slow moving & forever to get a booster! My goodness you people are making it difficult for this to be fun anymore! That's the whole idea of playing. I don't play to get aggravated, life does enough of that!
