It is a really difficult level. We are expected to save 22 Pets in 23 moves, with many obstacles like carriers, mesh and unhelpful paint pots!
I tried to play without boosters and ended up getting a few extra moves or I'd still be stuck there!
If you have boosters like extra wire cutters or balloons they might help.
