Is it possible to pass this level? How?
It is a really difficult level. We are expected to save 22 Pets in 23 moves, with many obstacles like carriers, mesh and unhelpful paint pots! I tried to play without boosters and ended up getting a few extra moves or I'd still be stuck there! If you have boosters like extra wire cutters or balloons they might help. Below is an example that may help show you what to do:
