I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with level 3147.
My best advice for this level is to make sure not to accumulate enough blocks within the pipes, so that the pets can make it to the exit. Make sure not to use the keys as this will remove some of the blocks you have been accumulating to free the pets and then set you back, making the available moves not to be enough.

All of a sudden the option to use gold bars to continue a level is just GONE! I was getting massive amount of moves I could purchase w/ bars but now the option does not come up. It goes directly to level failed. I am sure I am not alone in this issue. Game glitch that needs immediate fixing PLEASE!!!!
