I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been for you. Itâs clear youâve been a dedicated player, and I appreciate you sticking with us through all the ups and downs.
Regarding the Pirate Ship feature, it sounds like it was sunset before my time at King, so I donât have the full details on why it was removed. But I hear you, it clearly made a big difference in helping you progress through those tougher levels. The Studio is aware of how important rewarding features are, and theyâve been working on introducing new events like Honey Race, Weekly Contest, and Daily Win to give players more chances to earn boosters. I hope youâve had a chance to try them out.
As for Petopia, I really appreciate your honest feedback. We did receive reports about loading issues and crashes, and the team worked hard to address the major bugs that were blocking gameplay. Unfortunately, there were still some edge casesâlike yoursâwhere problems persisted despite the fixes. I know how heartbreaking it mustâve been to lose your boosters, especially after putting in so much effort.
Iâve made a note of everything youâve mentioned. The goal is always to make the game more enjoyable, not less, and your message is a valuable reminder of that.

I agree takes the fun out of it when itâs impossible to complete a level without spending money. I started over and began from the beginning again. Although I will spend money to play petopia.

Thank you for responding to me about this. The Pirate ship is the weekend game where you can win the gold bars and then extra boosters if you can make it off the 5 levels. I don't know if that is the correct name but it's still there on the weekends. I really use to look forward to that because I could build up my boosters especially now to get off of some of these higher levels. I have to use so many boosters to get off of that now, it's not worth it. The daily, I make sure to use that for the extra booster. The weekly contest and the honey race, those contest don't help you with your boosters snow rider, you have to use so many boosters to try and get ahead, how is that worth it. You also have to keep playing to get ahead of the others playing, that is using even more boosters that I don't have anymore. You are also in a contest with other's snow rider. That is not what you are going for in trying to build your boosters, gather boosters and move forward in your game. We use to be able to build up your booster and get off these levels, it doesn't work like that anymore. I remembered on certain conversations that the people who work on these would say eventually you will get past the level. I don't know if that so true anymore. Yes snow rider I have tried the extras that are offered to try and build back my boosters. When they are taken away from me because of technical cliques, how do you think that makes me feel. I spent a lot of time and effort to do this so I can move on with my levels. I was devastated when Petopia caused me to delete my data to move on with my game. The game would freeze and stop working so much. I wasn't the only one because I came on here to talk about it. I also sent photos asking for help and what can I do. I actually hope that I can opt out of this when it comes around again. I was so looking forward to the Halloween one, it's one of my favorites. I know that updates are sent out and it just shows up in your game. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. I found out the previous one was even available because of a email that was being sent out and I got it. I came on and said what, Petopia is out, why don't I have it. Lynette said certain ones got it and others didn't. I lost all of my boosters Snow rider and not one tech or anyone responded to my messages. It doesn't matter anymore. Thanks for reaching out to me.
