yes not fun anymore when you got to pay to pass a level. But for petopia I don’t mind as much 😂. I wish petopia was year round

I’ve carefully noted everything you mentioned about boosters and the new features, and I’ll be more than happy to pass it all along to the team.
Regarding Petopia, I genuinely hope this time it will run more smoothly for you. The Studio is actively working to address any issues that impact gameplay, especially those that prevent players from enjoying the event as intended. And yes, as Lynette mentioned, it’s true that due to A/B testing, some players may see seasonal events while others don’t — it’s a common practice, though I completely understand how confusing it can feel if you've got an email about the start of Petopia.
About opting out: I got the impression that if the game freezes weren’t there, you would have liked to continue with the event, right? I hope we can restore that enjoyment for you moving forward 🙏

I so enjoyed and looked forward to Petopia every event that came out. It was fun for me in the beginning, I looked forward to the new costumes, new features and you get to add to your boosters. The Christmas one is great also. Now Snow rider, no I don't look forward to it. If it is on my game, I'll see if I can by pass it and just play the daily to get my added booster. I will not be able to play my levels if it comes. After freezing my game and the only way to come back on is to delete my data, does that make sense to you? I have Moto 4G and Moto 5G, The 4g has never had any problems playing the Pet Rescue or any Petopia. I also have Pet Rescue on the 5G phone, no issue until the Petopia was added.
