Game Crashing After level 8983? Update Your Game

Attention Pet Savers!

We wanted to let you know that the Studio has detected an issue affecting the latest episode release, starting from level 8983 onwards.

The team is already on it, and we expect to release a hotfix very soon to get things back on track. 🔧 Please keep an eye out for app updates to receive the fix.

Hey players! There was a slight delay in rolling out the fix on platforms like Amazon and Facebook, but the good news is, it should be live now!

To make sure you can progress without any issues, please update your game to the latest version: 4.6.3.0.

I still cannot get in to the game. All 3 of my devices are updated to 4.6.3.0 and they are all connected to Facebook. Please help me.

Problem with level 8983 and beyond. No levels load on my phone, and on my PC, I played two levels and then went back to the first one.

I can't play either. My mobile has received the update 4.6.3.0 but I still cannot play when I open the game. My two Kindles said update available but it is only giving me 4.6.2.0 on both of them. Please help me.

I can get on the play page but as soon as I press the level my tablet goes to the homescreen

This has happened to me too and it won't let me play. I try to open it only for it to switch to my home screen. I have updated the app (at least I thought I did) and it didn't fix it.

ive passed this level and proceeded to complete the next 4..however when I log off and then return to pet rescue it starts all over again to 8983…so bloody annoying

I was getting daily bonus on pet rescue and now I am not. I found it very helpful and miss not getting it and do not understand why it just stopped showing up. I have been playing the game for quite some time and enjoy it.
Lost all goldbars and booster when signing in
I created an account in Pet rescue after playing a couple of years, and lost a couple of houndreds of boosters and 259 goldbars. I'm mad as hell. What can I do to get itback?
The game is pet rescue the problem is all of my power ups are gone hundreds of them.
my iPhone got stolen. I got a new phone re- my picked up my all of my gone. That’s crazy. I work too damn hard and too long to get all of them. Been playing pet rescue for many many years it’s just all gone i if if it if it’s gonna allow you to sign back in and pick up your level, you should be able to get your power…
