I completed the grow my pet , but I didn't get to claim the gold bars . What's going on?!!

Completed grow up pet by using so many boosters but didn't get the 50 gold bars.....whats going wrong with this event....
I also completed grow my pet br failed to claim 50 gold bars .....when those 50 gold bars added to account???
Hi @rjds , the 'already claimed' glitch seems to be happening to us all 😕 I will report the problem! It can help to message support directly from your game (using the help button under the gear wheel)
You need to email support directly for faster results.
Did that , still didn't get my reward.
Maybe clear cache? Maybe check wifi? Maybe server problems?
I spent so many boosters on random levels to finish it 😡
