My 50 gold bars also not received loads of boosters used to get these .are yougoing to reimburse us all.thisis not the first time this has happened.
mine failed too. This is happening all too often now

Yep, same issue for me too except my message was 'claim failed'???? I love playing Pet Rescue but the technical issues with this game for the past month or so are really taking away from the fun of playing the game!
Hi everyone, the 'already claimed' glitch seems to be happening to us all 😕 I will report the problem! It can help to message support directly from your game (using the help button under the gear wheel)
Same happened to me today? Cannot find how to get help for this. Says I claimed on another device but do not have one 😭😭😭
I also did not get mine. Little dog drove away and then popup said something like “already claimed”. Player King1684. Should now have 230. Also State Farm ad problem is so bad.

Is there something wrong with level 9400 or is it just me? It seems like only 7 pets would drop down not 9 like it needs to pass the level. I've tried passing the level several times using up all my boosters for nothing cause I still didn't pass the level.

My Husband and I both play pet saga and he has the Christmas petopia and my game does not have it. Can you let me know 8f I will be getting it soon.
Having completed all levels and waiting patiently for every Tuesday to come around, I find it so frustrating to not be able to complete weekly challenges or monthly challenges because you can't progress. I'd be happy to have repeated challenges from earlier inthe game, where you can progress rather than none!
