I just finished the current Grow A Pet. Was unable to collect my 50 gold bars. Said I claimed on a different device. I DO NOT play on any other devices.

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
