I didn't get my 24 gold bricks after the game finished

this morning the red brick game ended and I should receive 24 gold bricks. But instead I got the message that I already got them on another device??? But I only play on my tablet. I checked my phone and my pc/facebook, but nothing there either.

I mailed KING, but I don't get an answer from them, only that I should ask it here…

So…how can I get what I deserve?

Can’t get extra moves or bonus with adverts
Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
