Issues with Events in Pet Rescue Saga: FIXED! ⚒️

Hi Pet Savers,

We’re seeing all of your reports about the issues affecting several events like Mystery Mountain, Critter Carnival, Daily Challenge, Weather Alert, and Weekly Contest. We want to let you know that the Studio is aware of all of them and working hard to get everything back to normal.

The latest update from September 30 👇

1.Missing Rewards in Weekly Contest
🔍 Status: Fixed ✅

2.Mystery Mountain/ The event isn’t showing or levels can’t be played
The Studio has identified the issues and a fix is on the way.
✅ Status: Expect a new game version (4.8.2) in the coming days and update your game to receive the fix.

3.Critter Carnival, Daily Challenge, Weather Alert are not accessible for Facebook players
🔍 Status: Fixed ✅

We’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience and the interruptions to your game experience. We fully understand your frustration and disappointment, and we’re very grateful for all your reports and questions. They help us better understand what you’re experiencing.
Although we don’t yet have concrete dates for each issue, please rest assured that the Studio is working hard to get everything back to normal. We’ll continue to update you here as soon as we have more news.
Thank you again for your patience, understanding, and for sticking with us!

i have the same problem. this game is messed up ever since new levels went from opening on a monday to a tuesday they need to get it sorted else no one will play

The game is very boring without them, I play on laptop.

Hi, the weekly contest has ended but has not reset. I also finished first but my prizes have not been allocated.

The same thing happened 2 weeks ago and you fixed after a couple of days so I assume the fix is known? Please investigate and sort as soon as possible.

All events are missing for well over a week now. This is only on Facebook.

It's been since September 9th and it's still not working on my PC. No Daily Challenge, no Mystery Mountain, no weather alert, they don't even show up and if they do you can't play.

I was getting the daily bonus on prt rescue and now i am not. How do i get it back?
I was getting daily bonus on pet rescue and now I am not. I found it very helpful and miss not getting it and do not understand why it just stopped showing up. I have been playing the game for quite some time and enjoy it.
Lost all goldbars and booster when signing in
I created an account in Pet rescue after playing a couple of years, and lost a couple of houndreds of boosters and 259 goldbars. I'm mad as hell. What can I do to get itback?
The game is pet rescue the problem is all of my power ups are gone hundreds of them.
my iPhone got stolen. I got a new phone re- my picked up my all of my gone. That’s crazy. I work too damn hard and too long to get all of them. Been playing pet rescue for many many years it’s just all gone i if if it if it’s gonna allow you to sign back in and pick up your level, you should be able to get your power…
I only get hammers after getting all toys
