Why is it only open once on Sunday it needs to stay open all day I accidently hit it and never sold anything it closed on me so I waited all week for nothing have to wait till next wk

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
