Not getting my special building awards

Same here, not getting any special buildings, been playing for years and now keep getting issues after issues

Special building (Woodland Lake) finally appeared but still no Ghostly Garden.
What happened to other special buildings? I have now 7 Woodland Lakes. 😁

I only need one more Ghostly Garden. I completed all of Part 5 quests before reaching level 66.
After level 66, few more yellow question marks appeared but nothing has changed. The behavior is still the same. After completing that line of hearts, it automatically goes to the next level giving more hearts. Usually prior to this issue, once that line is completed, there’s a slight pause then appears the special building or garden to be placed on Petopia Island. This time the transition is immediate from one level to another.
It’s strange because it’s working on almost the first half of the allotted levels for this season but somehow it stopped.
I got my update yesterday. I was hoping that maybe it will work this time. It’s still the same. I’m now on level 77. The yellow question mark still appears with the same behavior. Below please see illustrations of successive yellow question marks.
I’ll probably slow down a bit until we get a fix. Please let us know when the Studio has created one. I will let you know if for some reason this issue get resolved prior to getting it. If it's a glitch, you'll never know. 🤷

Hi @Cindyleep! We’ve already reported the issue with special buildings, but unfortunately, we don’t have any information yet on when it will be fixed.
Just to clarify, were you able to complete the Ghostly Gardens quest? If not, could you please share screenshots showing your current level and the incomplete quest? That would be very helpful for the investigation 🙏
what about me? I have the same problem and I am on level 100 and on random games
Hey @SApple2 Thanks so much for flagging this and for sharing the screenshots — they’re super helpful! 🙏 Since you’re on level 66 and there are 100 levels in Petopia, you still have time to get the Ghostly Gardens needed to complete Part 4 and move on to Part 5.

As mentioned here, the Ghostly Gardens stopped appearing after maybe around Petopia level 40. I'm now on level 66 and completed all the quests except for Part 4 due to this issue. I can't claim the rewards in Part 5. It's locked because Part 4 can't be completed.
here is another comment to add to that list, game keeps freezing, please let us opt out of these events or get them properly fixed.

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
Hello I have played for a few years,and when a level is won you get 600 paw coins, why hasn't it increased to like a 1000 it's about time it does ,playing for 5 or more years and it's still the same is crazy work. I am taling about in the Pet Rescue Saga Game. Thank you
