Is your game freezing or not loading in Petopia? Here’s what to do!

Hey Pet Savers! 🐶🐱

Noticed your game freezing or getting stuck when playing Petopia? We’ve got a few quick tips that can help get things running smoothly again!

Please try the following:

✅ Restart your device
✅ Clear your device’s memory and close other apps running in the background
✅ Play on only one device – switching between devices can cause interruptions
✅ If the three tips above don’t work, try logging out and back in
🚫 Don’t delete the game — you’ll lose your boosters!

These steps often help fix the issue so you can get back to building your Petopia!

What level do you have to be on to play in the petopia event

Hola, ya no tengo ése problema, pero lo que no entiendo es cómo me ponen adversarios que me pueden adelantar en el juego semanal porque yo no puedo seguir!!! No tengo más niveles, por lo tanto no lo considero justo. Tenéis que poner adversarios que estén en mis mismas condiciones. Un saludo.

@broken24 . It's not working now stupid game.i give up.i reply enjoy playing the game too.😒😒.maybe don't delete and reinstalled it. It usually works for me but, this time it's not working 😢

I did lose my community account too. It took me like forever to restore it. I couldn't login in just now too.

@broken24 . I do understand your frustration. I tried everything too.nothing worked. In the end I deleted my game and reinstalled it again. It's working now. II did lose all Mt boosters. That's the only way it worked for me. I did lose my co

I don’t understand why I can’t play on my Iphone13 and my IPad. I always have. I’ve done most of the checklist but I refuse to delete the game again. I am not losing all of the things I have earned.

log out of account then log back in to be able to continue with game is the only way I found works

I play the game on two phones. I tried the "fixes" on one phone on the last Petopia and lost my log in streak and all my boosters and it didn't change a thing! The helpdesk gave me a few boosters back, but nowhere near what I already had and couldn't do anything about my log in streak, apparently, that's something to do with the streak being phone related. Which is utterly ridiculous. I have several apps that store my log in streak over multiple devices! Luckily I was only on a 100-odd log in streak. It now just has the orange screen, no matter how many hours I leave it for.

On my other phone, I flat out refuse to try any "fixes" as I have built up loads of boosters and I'm on log in day 1416!!! It takes over an hour to load the game and then if I dare to win a level, the screen goes black and I have to close it all down and start again. Please, please sort this out. It never used to be like this before the previous Petopia to this Halloween one. I love the game (obviously given my log in streak!) but I'm really worried my old phone is going to stop loading the game too and then I'll lose my streak! 😔

no the problem never got fixed i am still having the some issues since I reported the problem a long time ago pet rescue saga is still taking a long time to load and the screen turns black i am going so frustrated cause you all having fixed the problem I have tried everything you guys suggested and it didn't help please do something and fix the stupid issue

Ive done all this and more, but game freezes before I even get to the levels. Not happy as ive built up so many bonuses etc and King cant help either

Exactly ! I have contacted support several times and been given the same “fixes” over and over, have told them they do not work and just get asked to send screenshots and videos of what happens. What is difficult to understand that the game freezes for at least an hour every time I try to load it on both IPad and IPhone both up to date with plenty storage. I am giving up !

This is a very sensible post. There is obviously a problem. It always happens in every single Petopia.

Level 9400
Is there something wrong with level 9400 or is it just me? It seems like only 7 pets would drop down not 9 like it needs to pass the level. I've tried passing the level several times using up all my boosters for nothing cause I still didn't pass the level.

My Husband and I both play pet saga and he has the Christmas petopia and my game does not have it. Can you let me know 8f I will be getting it soon.
Add more levels!
Having completed all levels and waiting patiently for every Tuesday to come around, I find it so frustrating to not be able to complete weekly challenges or monthly challenges because you can't progress. I'd be happy to have repeated challenges from earlier inthe game, where you can progress rather than none!
